Each massage session is designed to work with you on what you need each time. Booking a 75 minute session as a new client allows time for a full hour massage and time to talk in more details and discuss all questions and concerns. The body needs different things at different times. Open communication is key. Each session can include but is not limited to: Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Injury Recovery, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports, Trigger Point, and Energy Work.
